information regarding grooming During covid

We are happy announce that we are remaining open for appointments during the January lockdown.  This is due to the decision by the government that dog grooming may be necessary for welfare reasons.   

 "animal groomers (may continue to be used for animal welfare, rather than aesthetic purposes)"

With this in mind, if you have an appointment booked, please consider whether you are getting your dog groomed for purely aesthetic reasons, and if so whether you could delay your appointment until restrictions are lifted so that a dog with more pressing welfare concerns could be relieved of their discomfort. There would be no penalty for postponing or cancelling your appointment at this time. 



We ask that all customers please kindly observe our guidelines, for dropping off and collecting dogs, they are for your safety as well as ours.

  1. Only 1 customer is permitted in the salon at any one time. We are staggering appointment times in order to reduce customer crossover and prevent customers having to wait outside. We strongly encourage only one family member drop off and collect the dog where possible.  

  2. Customers are required to wear a face covering while in the salon.

  3. When dropping off - please detach all collars, leads, harnesses etc from your dog and loop one of our leads over their head. (our leads are disinfected between each dog) we will retrieve the dog after you have left.

  4. Please wait for our call to let you know your dog is ready for collection, as we cannot allow customers to wait in the salon

  5. Remember to bring your dogs collar and lead back with you and we will release them to you on collection. 

  6. Please pay by card where possible

 • Safety is our number one concern. These new measures will add time to the grooming process and we apologise for any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience
